What file formats can I upload?

SendMailr accepts CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files. The file needs to include at least name and a U.S. mailing address for each recipient.

Is there a minimum number of recipients?

SendMailr may enforce a small minimum for each Upload & Mail send; you will see the requirement in the app when you build your order.

Do you offer discounts for mailing to a lot of people?

Yes. Upload & Mail can include volume-based discounts when your send size meets the thresholds in your account. The exact step pricing and any mail-only discount appear in your order summary before you pay; flat per-order fees are separate.

What happens if my list has bad addresses?

SendMailr flags addresses that fail validation. You can review and remove them before approving the send.

Do you deliver outside the U.S.?

No. SendMailr delivers to U.S. addresses only.

How long does delivery take?
