Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout when your order crosses a threshold. The thresholds and discount percentages are set in the volume tier table on this page. You do not need a coupon code or sales call — the discount appears in the order summary the moment your piece count qualifies, and the per-piece price drops for the entire order.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 100 pieces — one of the lowest in the industry. You can test a coupon, mock-up, or list of just 100 addresses before a larger run. Volume discounts start at 2,000 pieces; the per-piece price is the same on every order below that threshold.

How much extra does First Class delivery cost?

First Class is a small per-piece upgrade selected at checkout. First Class typically delivers in 5-7 business days; Standard mail delivers in 10-12 business days. The exact delivery date depends on USPS. The exact upgrade cost is shown in your order summary before you pay.

What does AI letter copy cost, and is it required?

AI letter copy is optional. It writes personalized letter content for each recipient based on their address and the campaign context. You can also upload your own letter content. Pricing for AI copy, when offered, is shown in your order summary at checkout, before you pay.

How do I estimate the total cost of a campaign?

Total cost is the per-piece price multiplied by your piece count, minus any volume discount, plus any add-ons (First Class, multi-page letter, AI copy). Your dashboard order summary shows the full breakdown — per-piece subtotal, add-ons, volume discount, and final total — before you authorize payment. There are no separate setup or list-rental fees.

How is shared-advertising priced?

Shared advertising splits the print + postage cost of a letter 50/50 between two non-competing local businesses. You take the front, your partner takes the back, and each business has its own QR code so scans route only to the right side. Each partner pays half the standard letter rate per piece. Volume discounts, add-ons, and per-recipient delivery tracking still apply.

How fast does mail arrive after I order?

Print starts the same business day or next business day after you approve the order. Pieces enter the USPS network the following business day. Standard mail typically delivers in 10-12 business days from then; First Class delivers in 5-7. Status per piece is tracked in your dashboard at every stage: queued, in production, in transit, delivered.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

No. SendMailr delivers to U.S. mailing addresses only at this time, including all 50 states, D.C., and U.S. territories. International mail is not currently supported. The full coverage area and any state-specific delivery notes are shown on the order confirmation.
